Welcome to our website for the Papa'aloa Breezeway Studio for RENT. The Studio is clean, only a few years old, and is about 600 square feet it size. It has an AMAZING ocean-view from the french doors and 5 windows that shed lots of light. The french doors in the front open up to a stunning ocean view. It sits peacefully on our 10 acres parcel and is very easy to get to. It has white tile flooring a ceiling fan a large kitchen with fridge, gas range, and oak cabinets. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. It has wireless high-speed internet and phone hook up (extra monthly fees apply).
Because of its smaller size it is ideal for one person.
The studio is available for a 6 or 12 month lease. We are looking for a great, responsible long-term tenant. One indoor PET might be allowed.
